Information you provide
When you request a resource or register for Monday Momentum or Moving to Texas, we collect your name, email, mobile number and any optional agent description you provide. Moving to Texas registration also collects your moving timeline and any origin, preferred area or questions you choose to share. Your selected resource or registration topic is associated with the request.
How we use it
Ryan Payne / Black | White Real Estate, brokered by eXp Realty, uses this information to respond, provide requested details and follow up with relevant resources by email or phone. Our forms request your agreement before submitting. New website contacts are not enrolled in automated texting by this integration.
Service providers
Form submissions are sent securely through our server to BoldTrail, our CRM provider, for contact management and email follow-up. The website confirms receipt only after the CRM accepts the request; receipt does not guarantee email delivery. Hosting providers process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, including network information used to limit abusive requests. We do not sell form submissions.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe using an email’s unsubscribe link or contact Ryan to ask about, correct or delete your information, or stop follow-up. Existing CRM communication preferences are preserved when you submit again. Information is retained as needed for follow-up, business records and applicable obligations.
External services
Links to Zoom, eXp, resource hosts and other websites take you to services governed by their own privacy practices. If recordings are added, playing embedded third-party media may share technical information with that provider. This website does not include embedded social feeds or added marketing trackers.
